Best way to read part 5

Postby fossilrumbler96 » Mon Aug 08, 2016 2:35 am

Question, Should I wait for part 5 to be translated by viz or should I read it scanlated and if so, what's the best site and best scanlation to read? I read the scanlation for part 4 last year and some sites where inconsistent in what scanlation to stick with (I believe I even got to see some Duwang). :help

Read scanlated version on batoto. You will need registration to the website in order to read.

To be specific, the updated version by JoJo's Colored Adventure.
"The patterned juggler lifts his hand; the orchestra begin.
As slowly turns the grinding wheel, in the Court of the Crimson King."

The translation by JoJo's Colored Adventure is the best way to go since it's the most accurate, just note that not that all chapters have been covered yet.

Well, considering the characters and fights seem a lot more interesting this time around (although we're still only on the "Clash and Talking Head" arc right now), it seems pretty accurate. Even before JoJo's Colored Adventure took over, JoJo Project's new translation had little pages at the beginning of each volume to explain certain things from the Japanese version (like them using yen instead of Italian currency) or certain creative decisions.

Of course, I'm not one of the people on this forum that actually know Japanese or have the original manga to compare.
